V NB: Will you be showing the rugby?
Yes, obviously. But only the Boks vs Ireland from 6:40pm. There will big screens and a billboard screen all over 19 Dartfield Rd.
What do I get for my ticket to Winefeast?
Tickets include entrance, unlimited tasters of 180+ wines, arrival tote, Winefeast® tasting glass, and a guaranteed good time!!
My money is gone but WHERE IS MY TICKET???
This is defos a network error. Fear not! Email twila@fathercoffee.co.za and she will be most helpful in resolving any ticket issues.
Will there be tickets at the door?
At the current rate of sales, probably not. Avoid disappointment and pricier tiers by purchasing your ticket immediately if not sooner.
Are tickets refundable?
No, unfortunately not. If you can't attend the event, we recommend selling the ticket on the illicit underground wine festival ticket market at 2-3x the retail value.
What time does Winefeast start?
12pm on 21 Nov and not a minute sooner. Please do not arrive before that. UNLESS you are attending The Champagne Breakfast and have purchased a ticket.
Father Coffee will be open for coffee and breakfast until 12pm.
How long will the event last?
ALL DAY. The technical definition for ALL DAY is 9hrs. Specifically the 9hrs between 12pm-9pm. But while the VIBES are all day for 9hrs, free pouring is only the 6.5hrs from 12pm to 6:30pm so that the winemakers can catch the rugby. Our BOTTLEBAR will call last rounds at 9pm and not a moment later.
Does the ticket include food?
Do you eat wine? No, food is separate and abundant.
What if I am hungry?
There's gonna be so much food to buy. Such good food. We're talking fresh pasta! Woodfired sourdough pizza! Charcuterie & cheese & bread! Did we mention fresh pasta!? And more!!
Is this thing outdoors?
Like all things in life, sorta. The main wine hall and masterclasses will be indoors. Most of the seating is outdoors. There will be shade, water, and air.
Can I bring my own wine?
Do you take your own grass to a park? If you do, then the answer is no. There will be 180+ wines to taste.
I don't drink wine, I'm coming against my will, can you save me?
OMG tell us all about it! Yes, Winebar will be running a cocktail bar, Jack Black's is bringing a literal Land Rover of beer, and for the hydration-inclined we've got... water. There's also coffee.
Tasting is cute, but what if I just wanna get stuck into a bottle?
We hear you! ALL the wines being poured on the day will be available at the Winebar bar for purchase by the bottle. Sit back, relax, sip while the crowd buzzes around you.
Can I buy wine to drink at home?
Yes, just about every wine being poured will be available to order for home delivery after the event. You'll receive a single order booklet on entry so you can make notes and flag favourites. The Wineshop team will be on-hand to place your orders. So helpful.
How will I remember this day forever?
Our merch shop will have LUSH merch and wine paraphernalia for you to buy then wear/use/bequeath for the rest of time.

Will there be parking?
Extremely limited parking. And because there will be a lot of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we beg and plead with you to Uber (used as a verb, take any ridehailing/sharing service of your preference)
Will you take cash?
Eeewww no!!!! Winefeast is a cashless event. If you'd like to purchase anything on the day, bring a card or contactless device.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes. There's a ramp to all Winefeast areas. If you require any special assistance, please drop us an email and we will do our very best to accommodate on the day.
Can I bring kids and pets?
Only if they're over 18 years old.
Why can't I buy 100 tickets for my office/book club?
Orders are limited to 20 tickets each, just step and repeat. Or mail twila@fathercoffee.co.za and we'll make it a whole lot easier.
